www.GraduateNurse.com is an Internet job advertisement service provided by GraduateNurse.com, Inc. located at 280 Worcester Road, Ste. # 205, Framingham, MA 01702, USA. General Use
There are three distinct types of services listed in this Subscriber Agreement, available to the employer on www.graduatenurse.com:1) job/specialty posting; 2) resume database access; 3) and directory listing. A Subscriber Account is good for only one office location. One e-mail address and password is allowed per Subscriber Account. A Subscriber is an authorized user who is an employer, employer representative, or employment firm and agrees to terms below.
If you are invoiced, your company understands that the time period between your company account activation and receipt of your first invoice is not a trial period, and the services rendered are not free, unless otherwise specified by GraduateNurse.com. Your company will access our system only from your primary location of business or home. Your primary location is your office. Your company subscription is non-transferable to other companies. Subsidiaries must open separate accounts. You must represent a verifiable company and free email type addresses such as Yahoo, Hotmail, Mail.com, etc. are not accepted.
Your company will not market products or services via e-mail, telemarketing, or mass mailing to registered users using this service. GraduateNurse.com, Inc. assumes no responsibility or liability for any results of your company's candidate selection/hiring process. It is your company's responsibility to qualify, screen, or interview candidates for jobs you advertise. Your use of this service, www.graduatenurse.com is voluntary.
Job Posting General Statement (For all Job Posters)
All jobs posted must be current open positions within your organization or client's organization. Multiple jobs cannot be described within one advertisement. One specialty category = one job. All jobs expire after 45 (forty-five) days. Your company shall promptly remove all jobs, which have been filled or are no longer available. Day one begins on the day the account is activated. You will receive an account activation confirmation message via email.
Your company shall not list vague or generic job location terms such as: multiple locations, various locations, statewide, Northwest, etc. They are not allowed in the city field on the job description form. If recruiting or marketing/advertising is your primary business and you want to protect your client's identity, it is acceptable to list the county where the job is located in the city field on the job form. For example, a job listed in Rochester, NY, USA may have Monroe County listed in the city field.
Single Job/ Specialty Posting (For Single Job Post Only Clients)
On graduatenurse.com a Single Job posting includes one Specialty area selected from the specialty category drop down menu on the job posting form, one job title, and one physical/street address location. The specialty area and Job title do not have to be the same. Adding more than one Specialty category, Job title, and/or Location selection will incur an additional charge of $80.00 per addition.
If a subscriber decides to cancel a job advertisement after it is posted you will responsible for the full price of advertising your company job. Once a single job has been posted and is live (public can view), the subscriber will not be able to renew or edit it. Single job postings are valid for 45(forty-five) consecutive days and automatically expire after 45 days and the price is non-refundable.
Unlimited Job/Specialty Posting Subscriptions (For Unlimited Subscribers Only)
45 day unlimited subscriber may post an unlimited number of employment opportunities within a 45 consecutive day time frame (from day 1 to day 45). All jobs expire at the end of this 45 day time period irrespective of the date they were posted on.
1 year unlimited subscribers: Multiple jobs/specialties may be posted at anytime up until your first year anniversary date of subscribing to our service. Jobs may be posted or renewed for 15, 30, or 45 days. Post an unlimited number of employment opportunities within a twelve month time frame. For example, if your subscription starts on September 1, 2004 it will expire on September 1, 2005. All jobs expire on the first year anniversary date, irrespective of the date any jobs were posted on.
Resume Database (For Unlimited Subscribers Only)
Resume Database Access is not available for free unless otherwise stated by GraduateNurse.com, Inc. GraduateNurse.com, Inc. gives permission to Authorized Subscribers to search its www.graduatenurse.com database of candidate resumes in good faith. Authorized users may not transfer or distribute candidate resumes obtained through this service. Subscriptions may not be transferred to third parties or distributed over the Internet to news groups, other job search web sites, message boards, etc.
Candidate resume information is confidential and only to be used for the purpose of filling current or anticipated vacant employment opportunities with your company. Your company understands that not all registered candidates opt to post resumes online.
Candidates may register to contact an employer regarding employment opportunities. Candidates have total control over their resume profile page. They can activate or inactivate their resume at any time. GraduateNurse.com, Inc. will not be liable for damages as a result of your use of the resume database. Candidates enter their own information into the database and it is up to the subscriber to verify candidate information represented on the resume profile.
Directory Listing (For Directory Listing Only Subscribers)
The listing allows you to announce your services and existence to the public.
There are two options: Basic and Detailed.
Basic: Displays company profile, contact information, hyperlink to company website. E-mail addresses are not displayed with directory listings.
Detailed: Basic listing plus Company Logo which you provide and upload on the registration profile form. Logo size limit (GIF or JPG file with maximum 12k, maximum 125x125 pixels)

GraduateNurse.com, Inc. reserves the right to regulate any information placed on its www.graduatenurse.com server. GraduateNurse.com, Inc. reserves the right to cancel graduatenurse.com subscriptions should the subscriber neglect to pay fees or violates terms and policies of use of this site.
GraduateNurse.com, Inc. is not responsible for unforeseeable interruptions or unavailability of access to the system as a result of Internet Failures or ISP black outs. We will make every effort to reasonably accommodate you in the form of subscriber extension time periods.
